XSEDE

A supplement to our existing XSEDE start-up allocation has been recommended for an award (50,000 hours). The EMAIL lab will be using the computational resources at TACC and SDSC to test and apply the CLM-Microbe model to quantify budget and understand the mechanistic processes of CH4 cycling in terrestrial ecosystems, particularly a peatland in Minnesota and a tundra ecosystem in Alaska which are sponsored by Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Department of Energy.
